gameplay：

This is a spinning rotation logic puzzle game where you must rotate rings with dots on them so that they are correctly aligned with sticks running through the circles.  Each stick has a count on it & each circle has a set number of dots on it. Rotate the circles clockwise or counterclockwise until all the dots on it are inside the correct sticks. Repeat for the remaining circles until each stick has the correct number of dots on it.
